I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the pool in particular standing out - it smelled fresh and not overly chlorinated. Additionally, the water slides were a highlight, and the wait times were surprisingly short, even during peak season. The check-in and check-out process was fast and hassle-free. The hotel did not feel overcrowded, even in the busy month of July. I also enjoyed the spacious VIP cottage, especially the sauna. The recently renovated cottage provided a comfortable and relaxing stay. The onsite shop offered a wide selection of items, and the restaurants provided delicious food.

For us, it was ideal.

Beautiful Lake View and Refreshing Pool

Stayed here New Year's with family. the lake view from our room was breathtaking. the pool was refreshing and the lifeguards were vigilant. Location was key and we enjoyed being close to outdoor play areas.

Service was poor with staff ignoring our requests. the lodgings were dirty and poorly equipped, with broken appliances and barely any utensils for cooking.

This hotel offers a great range of activities for both children and adults, including pony rides, playgrounds, swimming pool, and even a beach. The pool is particularly impressive, with plenty of water-slides and a baby pool area for the little ones.

The only downside I could find was the issue of excessive traffic on site, which somewhat distracts from the serene atmosphere.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the lake. It was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The Aqua Mundo pool at the hotel was fantastic. There were plenty of fun activities and slides for both kids and adults to enjoy. We encountered rude and unhelpful staff members, which put a damper on our stay. It would have been nice to receive more friendly and efficient service.

Comfy beds, yummy food , easy to reach from Calais, great kids' activities at reasonable prices, friendly staff who speak English. The Aqua Mundo is super clean with fun slides and short wait times. Smooth check-in and check-out process. Spacious and newly renovated cottages, and the VIP cottage's sauna is a treat. Beautiful location by a stunning lake teeming with wildlife. Awesome water park with slides, wave machine, lazy and rapid rivers, and play areas for kids. The indoor golf, Jeep safari, and pony rides were a hit with the kids. Outdoor play structures and a lovely beach. Though the restaurants were good, we enjoyed the convenience and variety of cooking at the lodge. Plenty of on-site amenities like free wi-fi, car park, bar/lounge, restaurant, pools. Exciting activities like badminton, canoeing, archery, water slides, bowling. Cots available and pets allowed. No smoking allowed.

La chambre était propre, et bien que certains avis mentionnent des problèmes d'hygiène, nous avons trouvé les draps propres et les oreillers confortables. Le personnel était sympathique et serviable, répondant à nos besoins rapidement. En termes de services, nous avons apprécié le wifi gratuit et la possibilité d'utiliser les installations de l'hôtel comme le bureau dans la chambre et la télévision.

Nous avons remarqué que les portes des chambres étaient bruyantes et se fermaient avec un coup, ce qui pouvait déranger les autres clients.

We had a blast at Center Parcs Le Lac D'Ailette! the activities were great for our young children with pony rides, playgrounds, swimming pool, and a fun indoor 'baluba' center. the pool was amazing with plenty of water slides that even our three-year-old could enjoy. the location by the lake was beautiful, filled with wildlife like swans, ducks, heron, and beavers. the water park was awesome, offering slides for different ages, a wave machine, lazy river, and play area for little ones. the food delivery service was prompt, cheap, and delicious, and it was a plus that children under 4 could eat for free in the restaurants. We also enjoyed renting bikes to explore the area easily. a fantastic stay!

Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel nestled among beautiful forests and a stunning lake. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with clean and nicely appointed accommodations. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location provided a tranquil and peaceful setting, allowing for a truly relaxing getaway. Additionally, the prices were reasonable and the value for money was great.

All aspects of the hotel were well above average.

Expensive restaurants, overcrowded pool, duck poop everywhere, constantly checking food bill. Great facilities if you want to sweat inside or get lost in Dutch. Worth a visit if you enjoy feeling uncomfortable and being ripped off.
